Nikolay Ratajczak is a returning student and real estate development professional with a diverse financial background, both at the small enterprise and institutional levels. He has held positions with Strategic Investments in Real Estate, MetLife Bank, and Advent Financial. A former paratrooper in the U.S. Army, Mr. Ratajczak has garnered awards and recognitions as a member of the armed forces, through his academic endeavors, and as a leader in community and charitable causes. He graduated in 2014 summa cum laude with a BS in Real Estate and Economic Development from the University of Baltimore.
