The Unusual Suspects: Emerging Sources of International Capital in U.S. Markets

Author¬†Crystal Wilson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee. Following graduation, she joined Centex, a national homebuilding firm based in Dallas, TX, where she led sales and marketing efforts for multi- and single- family development projects. Her sales success led to an appointment as a national sales trainer.

In 2008, she joined The Shopping Center Group, a commercial brokerage firm, where she worked in the retail leasing division, managing tenant procurement and real estate market analysis for private and institutional property owners. In 2009, she joined a boutique market research firm in Dallas, overseeing analysis of commercial development projects for clients in the Southeast region.

Currently, Crystal is a graduate student at Cornell University. Upon completion of her MPS in Real Estate, she plans to pursue a career in real estate finance and investments.
